Beautiful farmhouse with original features in a quiet village. Excellent location near attractions, shops, supermarkets, cinemas, and restaurants. Plenty of parking and a cozy wood burning stove in the living room. Lovely house with space for a big family. Nice touches like a welcome bottle of wine and snacks. Convenient base for exploring the area. Great for a girls' weekend with comfy seating and a well-equipped kitchen. Garden would be lovely in summer.

We had a fantastic girls weekend at Bretton House Farm Retreat. The living room was spacious and comfortable for our group of 9-10 people, and the dining room easily accommodated our meals for 8. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus, and we loved cozying up next to the log burner. The lovely garden added to the overall charm, and we can only imagine how wonderful it would be in the summer. The location was great, providing a rural feel while still being close to various attractions. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the main bathroom was beautiful. The huge garden with a BBQ and chiminea was perfect for the children to play in safely, and we appreciated the little extras like a bottle of wine and milk. Bretton House Farm Retreat exceeded our expectations and we loved the quirky charm and historical features.
I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved having a garden and free parking. The towels in the holiday home were such a nice touch, I couldn't believe it! So glad I could enjoy them during my stay.
Oh, and how could I forget the joy of the dining area, tile/marble floor, and tea/coffee maker! Such luxuries!

My recent stay at Bretton House Farm Retreat was absolutely fantastic. The location was superb, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The house itself was enormous and well-equipped for a large group like ours. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The garden was beautiful and made for perfect summer evenings. The bathrooms were also lovely and completed to a high standard.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of serving dishes for putting food in and some confusion about recycling instructions, they did not significantly impact our overall experience.

I recently stayed at Bretton House Farm Retreat for the second time and it was just as comfortable and relaxing as my first visit. The house is incredibly spacious, with comfortable bedrooms and an abundance of bathrooms. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, perfect for cooking family meals, and the dining room easily accommodates everyone. The house itself is even nicer and bigger than it appears in the pictures, and the beautifully decorated interior adds a touch of elegance. The garden is absolutely stunning and provides a tranquil space to unwind. The location of the property is ideal, situated on a quiet road but only a short 10-minute walk away from a variety of shops.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The house is enormous and well equipped for a large group. the garden is beautiful and great for summer evenings. the bathrooms are lovely and completed to a high standard. the location is fabulous, with so much to do nearby. Lots of parking available. the communication from the owners was fabulous.
Bit dusty high up and cello tape where people had used decorations. Would have preferred better seating in the garden but wasn’t an issue.

We got an amazing value for our money at Bretton House Farm Retreat. The room was spacious, with a mix of old and new decor that added charm. The location was perfect, giving us a rural feel while still being close to nearby attractions. The staff, especially Danny, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The little touches like a bottle of wine and milk were much appreciated.
Breakfast delights would be even better with a wider variety of options.
